Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1 liter water
1 liter milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1 small cinnamon
stick
1/3 cup sweetened
condensed milk
Directions:
1.) Bring
the water, rice and salt to a boil over high heat. Lower the heat, and simmer until the rice is
tender, about 20 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent the rice from sticking to
the pan.
2.) Add
the milk, sugar, and cinnamon stick. Cook for another 10-15 minutes on a medium
heat, stirring occasionally. Add condensed milk and cook with the lid off until
some of the liquid is absorbed.
3.) Add
more milk or water if desired. You can also add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and/or
risings.
