Ingredients:
½ cup Flour
1 tbsp dried basil leaves
1 tbsp Weber Lemon seafood seasoning
4 Salmon fillets cut into serving sized pieces.
Preparation:
1.- In shallow bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon; mix well. Coat both sides of each salmon piece with mixture. Shake off excess.
2.- Spray large nonstick skillet with olive oil. Heat over medium- high heat until hot. Add Salmon; cook 2-4 minutes or until browned on both sides.
3.- Reduce heat to medium –low; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve these salmon with lemon wedges and microwave white rice and peas.
Hint:
Salmon is an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acids, nutrients which may reduce the risk of heart disease.
